Pentax K-1 full-frame camera with 36.4MP CMOS sensor with unique features for beginners and anyone who wants to switch from a regular DSLR camera to a higher level.

Pentax K-1 use the most unusually-versatile LCD articulation mechanism we've ever seen. There is five-axis, five-shutter-step SRII in-body shake reduction, a flexible tilt-type LCD monitor which freely tilts to any angle, and the ASTROTRACER celestial-body tracing function, which utilizes SR. There is also an unprecedented level of practical operability.

This new camera use the latest SAFOX 12 with 33 sensor points and full-frame-proportioned AF frame. The K-1 is also capable of 4.4 frames per second at full resolution, or 6.5 fps with an APS-C crop. A high-speed data transmission system incorporated in the PRIME IV imaging engine lets the user to continuously record as many as 17 images in the RAW format (or a maximum of 70 images in the JPEG Best format) in a single sequence.

Another great news: the K-1’s optical viewfinder provides a nearly 100-percent field of view and an approximately 0.7-times magnification.
